CamoStorage Legal Agreements

Welcome to CamoStorage. By registering for an account, accessing the dashboard, or utilizing our encrypted cloud storage services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Part 1: Terms of Service

1. Acceptable Use & Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not upload, store, distribute, or share illegal, copyrighted (without permission), or malicious content.
• We reserve the right to investigate, report to appropriate authorities, and permanently terminate accounts found hosting illegal content.
• If you violate our terms, your account may be suspended or permanently deleted without prior notice and without refund.

2. Subscriptions, Storage Limits & Features

Plan limits and features are strictly enforced based on your active subscription tier:

3. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

• All paid plans are billed and remain active based on the terms at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely via NOWPayments using cryptocurrency. CamoStorage does not directly handle or store your financial payment information.
• Refunds are not available. Due to the nature of server allocation and cryptocurrency transactions, all sales are final.
• If a payment is disputed or identified as fraudulent, we reserve the right to immediately downgrade, suspend, or terminate your account.
• Free and Giveaway plans do not qualify for any financial compensation and remain active until account deletion or until our inactivity policy applies.

4. Bandwidth & Fair Use

There are currently no strict bandwidth restrictions on file streaming or downloading. However, we reserve the right to introduce fair-use policies or throttle bandwidth if an account's usage severely degrades the performance of the platform for other users.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for corrupted, deleted, or lost files. While CamoStorage utilizes robust backend systems linked with Google Drive API infrastructure, hardware and network failures can occur. You acknowledge and accept this risk by using our service, and we strongly encourage keeping local backups of critical data.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When significant updates occur, we will notify all users via the email address on file. Continued use of the platform for more than seven (7) days after the notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Part 2: Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

To provide you with secure cloud storage, we collect the following limited information:

• Account Information: Your username, email address, and securely hashed passwords.
• Stored Data: The files, documents, media, and folder structures you upload to our servers.
• Usage Metrics: Total storage used and plan status to enforce your subscription tier.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly to operate the CamoStorage platform. We use your email for account recovery and essential service notices. We use your uploaded files solely to provide you with storage, streaming, and downloading capabilities via your personalized dashboard.

3. Data Security & Encryption

We employ enterprise-grade security to protect your data. Your passwords are one-way hashed using bcrypt. Your session tokens are uniquely generated and encrypted using advanced cryptographic protocols. We do not have access to your raw password.

4. Cookies & Session Management

CamoStorage requires the use of strictly necessary cookies to function. When you log in, we place encrypted token and code cookies in your browser. These are used exclusively to verify your identity and authorize access to your personal files. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We value your privacy and do not sell your personal data. Information is only shared with third parties when strictly necessary to provide the service (e.g., routing payment events through NOWPayments to activate your paid storage plans).

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You have full control over your data. When you delete a file or folder from your CamoStorage dashboard, it is permanently removed from the active storage environment. If you wish to permanently delete your entire account and all associated data, please contact our support team.
